Meet the CEO
Jose Cepeda
Jose Cepeda is the founder and chief executive officer (CEO) of JAC-Financial CFO Services. His firm offers chief financial officer (CFO) Services, provides outsourced CFO, Business Consulting and Accounting Services that can contribute directly to an enterprise’s profitable growth. Their office is located at 5030 Broadway, Suite 722 New York, NY 10034. Also, JAC- Financial provides Main Street businesses with Wall Street-level corporate finance and operational consulting services.
Founder Jose A. Cepeda is a dynamic finance professional with more than 15 years of leveraged finance and corporate finance experience at a Fortune 500 company. He was responsible for securing loans and high-yield transactions at BNP Paribas, one of the largest global banking groups in the world. Before joining BNP Paribas, he spent more than 12 years at GE, including as VP of Underwriting for its Global Media and Communications division.
In addition to negotiating term sheets and legal documents, Jose has an array of industry experience, including assisting companies involved in aircraft engines, lighting, appliances, power generation, locomotives, medical systems, insurance, media and communications. His international experience includes working in France, Italy, Japan, Mexico and Brazil.
Since opening JAC- Financial Solutions in New York City, Jose has developed a terrific team. While accountants and bookkeepers help manage such areas as accounts payable and receivable, Jose analyzes financial data and creates ideal business models to help each client take their business to the next level. The result is a smoothly run financial operation that allows a business’s top leadership more time improving – and enjoying – the company’s performance and market position. A magna cum laude graduate of Northeastern University in Boston, Jose held duel majors in finance and accounting while earning a bachelor’s of business administration in 1994.
