Shape Up provides innovative products and accessories that helps their consumers improve their posture and, and in many cases, regain a greater level of their confidence. Most of Shape Up's merchandise is imported form Latin America, specially Colombia.
More than a lingerie store, Shape Up consists on helping women find their corporal balance, enhance their felinity and arise consciousness about the importance of staying healthy.
Shape Up was born a year ago, in 2010. Since day one, the objective of Shape Up has been to win the support of the community, specially in Stamford, where their first store was installed in Bedford Street. Shape Up Stamford is located at 180 Bedford Street, Stamford, CT, and most recently, Shape Up has given way to a new location in the White Plains / Galleria mall, located at 100 Main Street White Plains, NY. Presently, Shape Up is contemplating the idea of expanding to Trumbull, CT, as well as in the state of Virginia.
For the managerial team of Shape Up, the biggest challenge begins when the idea starts to roll, and thus, begin to work in their positioning in the market. For the people at Shape Up, it’s all about team work and collaboration. For Pilar Morales, an Ecuadorian Entrepreneur and principal owner of Shape Up, all comes down to being patient and persistent, as she declares with a simple and yet strong sentence: “Patience is the key to success”
